SET
An interval class that accomplishes both Strength Work and Cardio all in one hour! Each interval lasts 3 minutes. By the end of the hour you will have challenged all of your major muscle groups with strength exercises and kept your heart rate elevated for cardio and muscle endurance all in the same hour! Our most time efficient and effective workout!
Core Strength 30
A 30 minute Core Strengthening Workout. Your Back and your abdominals working together as a team to create a more solid center in You! You will experience something new each week as you grow stronger!
Step/Strength
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a platform. This class adds a sculpting aspect with strength exercises to tone your whole body. Get a cardio and strength workout in one class!
PUMP
Coached Strength Training. The emphasis is building strength and muscle endurance. You will use Benches, Hand Weights, Barbells, Resistance Bands, Body Weight and Gravity to build a stronger, more lean looking you!
Body Fusion
Body Fusion is total body conditioning that includes 25 mins of cardio, 25 mins of weights, followed by 10 mins of core and cool down. You will be challenged each week with a variety of exercises focusing on all major muscle groups as well as challenging your cardio endurance!
HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This workout is heart pumping, ever changing, and fun! You will have bursts of exercise, followed by short (sometimes active), recovery periods. This class will get your heart rate up and keep it up to burn more calories in less time!
TurboFit
Three workouts in one! The TurboFit class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core work and stretching. Are you ready for the challenge?
Cycle

Barre Tone
Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Barre Tone focuses on toning with small, pulsing movements. This workout emphasizes core, arms, seat, and legs to give you lean muscles! This class will use straps, small exercise balls, resistance bands, and hand weights. Get ready to strengthen and lengthen in this body toning workout!
